(Darn, MY internet connection just disconnected and I lost a whole message!)
Anyway, I was saying that I saw the pics last night (cool!) but nothing yet this morning, so in the event that you can't post before you leave...the Thompson ladies wish you Bon Voyage, safe travels, and hope that there are no long layovers or missed connections!
Also, I hope that your goodbyes to the people and children at Hope are not too heart-wrenching. You have done and seen so much in China and had an unbelievable experience at Hope, that I know it will stay with you both forever.
Looking forward to talking to you on this side of the ocean - thanks for taking us along on your journey!
I love the pics of the area around you. I particularly like the one where it looks like there is water with trees on either side and then light at the end - that looks like it could be a postcard or something that has an inspirational saying with it!!
Thank you so much for "bringing us with you" on your journey. I can't imagine how it will be saying goodbye to all the wonderful kids (and adults) that you've met. I'm sure this experience has been "life-changing" for both you and MacLean - it certainly has had an impact on many of us blog-obsessed on this side of the world. Although we joke about the "blog OCD'ers" (and yes, I definitely fall into that group;-), part of what has kept me coming back day-after-day is the amazing stories and pictures of those darling little faces. It has truly been an inspiring experience to journey with you.
